Property Manager Lead

Associated Property Management (APM) seeks a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) for a Regional Manager role, overseeing a portfolio of community associations and providing leadership, training, and operational oversight.

Requirements

• Active Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) license required for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience managing a portfolio of community associations
• Strong understanding of Florida condominium and HOA regulations
