Job Description
A senior psychological therapist position with leadership responsibilities in a private clinic specializing in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. The role involves shaping the therapeutic orientation, providing guidance, and creating structures in an acute inpatient setting.
Requirements
- Authorization as a Psychologist (m/w/d) for Psychotherapy
- Several years of clinical experience, ideally in psychosomatic or acute psychiatric medicine
- Leadership experience and joy in supporting others in their development
- Experience in group therapy (e.g. behaviorally, systemically, or psychanalytically)
- A structured and clear working style
- High social competence, empathy, and decision-making strength
- The ability to provide orientation even in challenging situations
