Requirements
- Clinical and disciplinary leadership of the assigned therapists
- Supervision of patients and implementation and monitoring of medication therapy
- Conducting conversations with patients and crisis interventions
- Monitoring treatment outcomes
- Control and evaluation of discharge reports
- Contact with health insurance companies and medical services
- Representation of the clinic internally and externally with secure behavior and friendliness
