The Demand Generation Manager will be the keystone of the marketing team, working with the soon-to-be-hired Sr. Digital Manager and another marketing team member. They will be responsible for managing multiple channels, creating campaigns, and tracking progress to goal on full funnel metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in multiple areas of marketing or came up through operations, events, campaigns or another specialization that isn’t demand generation
- Experience working closely with sales reps (BDR → AE) and CS to make sure we are creating campaigns that cover the full lifecycle from new to expansion
- Ability to prioritize and make an impact in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ideal experience in a Director of Demand Generation or Campaigns role, but experience running multichannel, integrated campaigns with clear KPIs and learnings is also acceptable
