Job Description
The Construction Cost Manager will work within the Project Controls / Cost Management function and will report directly to the Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager. The Cost Manager is responsible for overall project cost management, including setup and oversight of job cost reporting, monthly forecasting (EAC), change management and leading a team of 5-10 Cost Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction cost management, project controls, or estimating within a general contractor environment
- Strong understanding of construction cost reporting, forecasting, and change management
- Experience working directly with Project Managers, Project Directors, subcontractors, and owners
- Proficiency in cost control and reporting systems (CMiC, Procore, Excel, etc.)
