Construction Scheduler

The Construction Scheduler will work within the Scheduling department, utilizing their ability to make sense of large quantities of complex data, to input schedule status updates, incorporate logic changes and delays, and analyze project schedule progress.

Requirements

• Collect and input schedule status update information into the project record schedule
• Attend project schedule progress meetings as needed
• Identify changes to the project schedule
• Notify teams of impacts to critical path activities and/or schedule logic
• Ensure technical schedule integrity is maintained
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly schedules, forecasts, and reports
• Manage Outlook distribution lists and standard form emails for schedule distribution
• Maintain project schedule archives and documentation
