The Human Resources Administrator provides essential support to the Human Resources department by maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating HR processes, and delivering high-quality service to employees.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment data entry and basic plan questions
- Help resolve routine benefits issues and escalate as needed
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
- Review HR invoices and prepare the invoice for processing
- Assist Outreach Coordinator with coordination of events and scheduling interviews
- Support management of HR email inboxes
- Maintain the team calendar and assist with team scheduling and team travel logistics
- Schedule meetings and assist with HR events when needed
- Complete team expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare materials for training and outreach events
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
