Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or qualification as a certified building technician or a comparable technical degree in the field of 'Building & Real Estate' or 'Facility Management'
- First professional and project experience
- Knowledge and experience with projects (building, technology) in the gastronomic field are advantageous, but not a must
- Independent, solution-oriented, structured, and reliable work style and a quick grasp
- Business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Excellent quality and service orientation
- Good communication and coordination skills are part of your basics
- Convincing and friendly demeanor, good manners
- Proficient use of PC, good user knowledge in common MS Office programs, CAD software, and ideally in SAP
- Very good knowledge of German in writing and speaking
- Valid driver's license
