Process Engineer

Process Engineer plays a critical role in strengthening Hoffmaster's manufacturing capabilities by designing, improving, and optimizing production processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, root cause analysis, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and 2D CAD software such as DraftSight or AutoCAD; experience with 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
