Lucilles BBQ - Bartender

Bartenders are responsible for the comprehensive operation behind the bar, including preparation of alcoholic beverages and ensuring guests enjoyment. Candidates should be organized, able to think and act quickly, and have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu.

Requirements

• Serving a section of the bar
• Maintaining complete knowledge of locations food and beverage offering
• Selling food and beverage items
• Entering and completing guests orders on a point-of-sale computer system
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and fast manner
• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic beverages
• Maintaining organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and attractiveness of display in the back bar area
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Washing and sterilizing stemware
