Requirements

• Extensive experience working in a high-volume M&A practice
• Experience on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Substantive drafting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in complex joint venture transactions, venture capital financings, and other minority investment transactions is a plus
