International Mobility Manager

As the International Mobility Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our talented people are empowered to make an impact wherever they are needed most. You will oversee the full international assignment lifecycle, manage complex international assignments and compliance, and contribute to the evolution of NextGen Mobility through the implementation of a state-of-the-art Global Mobility Platform.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience managing complex international mobility portfolios within a global, decentralized organization
• Solid track record of expatriate payroll, shadow payrolls, and the coordination of tax equalization processes during annual cycles
• Practical experience in the implementation or optimization of Global Mobility technology
• Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment law
• Experience in leveraging AI and data analytics to automate policy queries and increase reporting efficiency
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, combined with excellent organizational and analytical skills
