Compliance Business Partner for the Insurance business, responsible for shaping compliance to support commercial success and customer trust, while ensuring regulatory, legal, and operational obligations are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compliance or risk within regulated financial services (insurance strongly preferred)
- A compliance qualification such as ICA, CII and/or an internal audit qualification (e.g. IIA)
- Demonstrable experience implementing or assuring Consumer Duty outcomes and conduct frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of the FCA Handbook & reporting platforms, UK GDPR and operational controls
- An analytical mindset, able to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable insight
