Head of Compliance Advisory - Insurance for Bupa. Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. UK/Hybrid. Permanent role to help shape compliance across UK Insurance business.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior compliance advisory role
- Ideally Financial Services / Insurance sector background
- Gravitas to collaborate with Executive level stakeholders
- Demonstrable people management skills
- Ability to navigate corporate matrix environment
- Excellent compliance regulatory knowledge, (FCA & PRA)
- Sound judgement and the ability to balance business needs with regulatory requirements
