We are looking for a People Partner (ER Focus) who can bring strong employee relations expertise and is in or ready to step into a partnering role, helping us support, challenge and enable our managers to create high-performing teams. The role combines hands-on ER delivery with a developing partnering approach, working collaboratively across the Group to drive great outcomes for both our people and the business.
Requirements
- Strong experience in an ER-focused or generalist People/HR role
- Solid knowledge of employment law and best practice, including equality and diversity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, coach and influence managers
- Confidence in handling a range of ER cases, including more complex situations
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a real sense of ownership
- Sound judgement with the ability to balance people needs, business priorities and risk
- A collaborative approach, understanding the impact of your work across the wider team and business
- A passion for how technology, especially AI, can be used to improve people processes and enhance the employee experience
