Job Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. This role is designed to minimize store manager turnover by providing support during store closures, improving customer service, and maintaining company standards. The assistant manager should be a trainable and proactive individual contributing to the company's goals and goals of customer satisfaction.
