We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate and timely invoice processing, maintain vendor documentation, and assist in financial operations. The role requires 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience and strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and coding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred
- Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
