Requirements
- Formulate partnerships across the HR function and all business divisions
- Help team members navigate leave requests and work with managers on HR tasks
- Own team member data in the HRIS, manage unemployment and workers' comp claims
- Support growth with training and development programs
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
