Manager Sr., Strategic Sourcing Indirect (Corporate)

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect will lead and manage sourcing strategies for indirect categories across our North America brands. The position requires leadership experience, sourcing expertise, business savvy, and the ability to influence spend decisions. The role acts as a trusted advisor and uses a 7-step sourcing process to interpret and operationalize strategies that deliver breakthrough change.

Requirements

• Develop and execute short‐ and long‐term strategic sourcing plans for indirect categories across brands, aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Use market insights and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities that improve service quality, commercial value, and performance.
• Lead financial and analytical assessments (total cost, benchmarks, commercial models) to support decision-making and drive competitive advantage.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, structure complex service engagements, lead competitive events, and negotiate commercial terms through contract execution.
• Lead supplier relationship management for key partners, ensuring performance, delivery of outcomes, and continuous improvement against established KPIs and SLAs.
