Job Description
We are seeking a Practice Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to provide high-quality administrative support to lawyers and professionals.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and co-workers via email, telephone, and in person
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and professionals
- Schedule domestic and foreign travel
- Prepare and manage documents, including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Enter and manage work requests in the firm's workflow tool
- Perform routine electronic and paper filing
