Job Description
We are seeking a Records Specialist to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to maintain and organize the Firm’s in-house file storage system and track and manage all off-site file storage.
Requirements
- Filing, computerized indexing, and ongoing maintenance of active files within a centralized location.
- Preparation of files for off-site storage.
- Liaison with off-site storage company.
- Maintain current index of off-site files.
- Review all off-site storage invoices.
- Special projects and duties as assigned.
