Job Description
The Shop Welder - Line Bore Technician 3 performs most welding repairs on heavy construction equipment or related components in a shop environment, with a focus on operating line bore equipment. Demonstrates technical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adheres to safety policies.
Requirements
- Models and promotes HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools
- Performs standard machine jobs and repairs
- Lays out tasks, reads and interprets blueprints and technical publications
- Works as a member of a team to provide basic mechanical services
- Maintains equipment, tools, and work areas in good order
- Performs tasks under indirect supervision
- Provides supervision and coaching to other Machinists
- Examines workpieces for defects and adheres to contamination control and HAZMAT rules
- Works safely and adheres to all applicable safety policies
