Job Description
Join Home Group as a Home Condition Surveyor to support our customer promise through providing high standards of repairs and a safe place to live for our customers. You will carry out stock condition surveys across our rented properties, using this survey data to inform our planned maintenance programme of repairs.
Requirements
- HND/HNC in a relevant construction discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Good knowledge of stock condition surveys and using information and data to inform planned maintenance programmes
- Knowledge of housing repairs, improvements, building regulations and the housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS)
- Comfortable working on your own in our customers homes and managing your own workload
- Full current driving licence
- Ability to use technology for completing surveys and collecting robust data
