Lead Support Worker

We are seeking a Lead Support Worker to join our team. As a Lead Support Worker, you will help people with complex needs live more independently and work with a multi-agency team to safeguard and empower our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to £28,300 per hour, plus benefits. The role is based in Cornwall and requires flexibility with working hours, including some weekend work.

Requirements

• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willingness to work towards it)
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
• Ability to work under own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach
