As the eCommerce Consumer Engagement Specialist, you will develop and execute homepage merchandising, digital personalization, and site promotional activities that offers our customers a best-in-class, highly personalized, and seamless online shopping experience.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Digital Marketing, eCommerce
- 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in digital commerce marketing and advanced personalization strategies
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and journey mapping across in-store and digital touchpoints
- Knowledge of CRM and customer segmentation strategies, specifically in retail
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated experience with HTML or CMS platforms, Google Analytics or other related experience
- Knowledge and experience with heatmapping a definite asset
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and react to changing situations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
