Job Description
The Field Care Supervisor is expected to provide high-quality service to clients, working closely with the Care Coordinator, Care Manager, and management staff. Tasks include answering phone calls, conducting client consultations, and supporting care team members.
Requirements
- Organized
- Smart and professional appearance
- Strong background in care
- Strong PC skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Social Care legislation and guidance
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (ideal)
- Previous experience as a supervisor (preferred)
- Flexible and friendly approach
