Manufacturing Operations Manager

Home Market Foods is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and team development across their manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA. The role involves operational leadership, strategy and continuous improvement, team development, planning and reporting, and compliance and safety. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a strong background in lean manufacturing, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred
• 7+ years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food or CPG strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated success building and leading team-based organizations
• Solid background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of packaging operations and production workflows
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus
