Job Description
Develop business relationships to create employment opportunities for clients, facilitate their placement and retention in vocational environments, counsel them in obtaining and sustaining social services, and advocate on their behalf.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalency
- 6 months of experience in a service-oriented environment, ideally in a job development capacity
- Above-average interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as copiers, faxes, calculators, and telephone systems
