Job Description
Responsible to complete construction/remodeling and general repair and maintenance of all HOH facilities, vehicles and operations.
Requirements
- Assist Maintenance Technician in the completion of any work orders submitted by HOH
- Help with remodeling or maintenance of any work projects in progress at HOH
- Drive to all HOH locations to complete jobs assigned
- Maintain current routine maintenance plan
- Assist Maintenance Technician on all job assignments
- Provide feedback to Maintenance Technician
- Effectively maintain the operational efficiency of HOH vehicles and facilities
- Maintain all necessary documentation
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the people we support, programs, service providers, and parents and guardians
- Maintain confidentiality
- Keep employment requirements up to date
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA in all program areas
