Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter seeks an experienced Guest Service Agent to greet and serve guests in a professional manner, registering guests, resolving issues, and promoting hotel facilities.

Requirements

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly welcome
• Maintain effective communication with Front Office and hotel departments
• Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Operate front office telephone, computer systems, and equipment
