Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, operations, or a closely related field within fintech or a regulatory-heavy environment, with at least 1 year being in a compliance-intensive role
• Advanced understanding of compliance systems and frameworks in the financial services sector
• Demonstrated ability in self-starting projects and leading operational improvements with a keen eye for detail and high standards for process precision
