Job Description
Homebound is seeking a New Construction Sales Assistant to support residential real estate transactions and sales administrative operations. The role will include customer-facing responsibilities and critical sales administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role that will include a mix of in-person work and remote work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales support, residential real estate, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers and agents
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
