Job Description
Homebound is seeking a highly consultative Rebuild Advisor to work directly with homeowners rebuilding after the Altadena and Pacific Palisades fires. The Rebuild Advisor will guide homeowners through $1M–$3M rebuild decisions, managing a thoughtful and highly personal sales process from initial consultation through contract execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience closing complex, high-value transactions
- Proven ability to manage a large sales pipeline with discipline and strong forecasting
- Exceptional consultative selling skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong operational discipline with CRM and Salesforce hygiene
- Comfort operating in a highly visible, community-facing role
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience selling new construction, residential development, or luxury real estate transactions
