We're building the future of real estate. HomeLight is a real estate technology platform powering innovative transactions for top agents, lenders, and their clients. This role is a hands-on performance marketer who will own paid search and paid social for HomeLight.
Requirements
- 5-plus years of hands-on paid search and paid social experience
- Deep command of Google Ads: campaign architecture, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Search Ads 360, and audience layering
- Proven Meta Ads execution: Advantage+ campaigns, custom and lookalike audiences, creative testing at scale, and Conversions API setup
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in a marketing workflow
- Strong SQL and analytics skills
- Experience with attribution in a high-consideration, long-cycle product
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad platform tracking
- Clear communicator with senior stakeholders
