Job Description
HomeServe is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to be responsible for the entire recruiting process of their companies, from attracting candidates to executing recruitment campaigns. This role involves strategic planning, proactive communication, and maintaining transparency with reporting. The company is focused on both creating a dynamic and ambitious team and contributing to the energy transition.
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in HR, Psychology, or BWL.
- More than 5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the construction or building sector.
- Ability to attract, inspire, and convince people in trades.
- Prioritization and organizational skills.
