As a Director, HR Business Leader, you will lead a team of HR Business Leaders while providing strategic HR partnership to assigned client groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience advising and supporting senior leaders, leadership responsibilities, and strategic HR planning
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
