Job Description
As an HR Business Leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders within your assigned client groups, guiding the strategic and operational execution of HR programs and initiatives to support business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong understanding of core HR practices and employment fundamentals
- Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
