As an HR Business Partner, you will drive business performance by translating organizational challenges into effective people strategies. You will serve as a strategic advisor to operations leadership, influencing decisions that impact performance, culture, and workforce outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience, supporting multi-site operations
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations, with working knowledge of union environments and labor relations
- Proven ability to influence and challenge leaders at multiple levels, including senior leadership, to drive organizational change
