The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of all branch operations for one or more real estate offices, including Agents and office staff. The role requires strong knowledge of local real estate marketplace, recruiting, developing, training and retaining an effective sales associate and office support team, and managing programs and practices to meet or exceed operating objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in business related field, professional management training, or equivalent work experience and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience and knowledge
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of state and federal real estate regulations
- High level of technical and transactional real estate expertise
- Competent technology skills include basic MS Office skills, proficiency in real estate related internet applications, and experience with communication device technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of quality and detail orientation
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
