Job Description
Join Hometap's Financial Product Strategy team as a Manager, Financial Products Structuring. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and analyze financial products, improve existing ones, and work on a highly technical role with strong visibility to executive decision-makers.
Requirements
- Conduct analysis of financial products
- Develop subject matter expertise on Hometap's financial products
- Research and develop potential new products and product changes
- Contribute to pricing, structuring and feature decisions
- Develop and maintain processes to track and synthesize information on relevant market trends
- Vet and prioritize opportunities for inclusion in the financial product roadmap
- Support creation of investor GTM narrative
- Develop expertise on methodologies and solutions that influence the success of our financial products
