Salesforce Technical Lead

Hometap is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical direction of their Salesforce org. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of Salesforce experience and multiple certifications. They will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce releases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience
• Multiple Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant)
• Proven track record designing scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing/security model, governor limits, and performance considerations
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, or similar), CI/CD, and version control
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset
