Servicing Specialist

Hometap is a company that provides a home equity investment product, allowing homeowners to access their home's equity without taking on debt. The Servicing Specialist will join the Investment Support team, responsible for the servicing of investments and providing a best-in-class customer experience for homeowners. The role involves fielding calls and emails, creating and explaining settlement statements, and utilizing the system of record to locate pertinent information.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with mortgage servicing call centers
• Experience reading mortgage documentation
• Relentless attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure within a deadline-oriented environment
• Comfort working independently as well as in a team environment, with a desire to take ownership of work
