Senior Product Manager

We are building the next generation of AI-powered software for the $13 trillion mortgage industry. Our platform, MIRA, automates labor-intensive document processing and underwriting, helping lenders close loans faster and with less friction. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to turn complex mortgage workflow problems into high-impact product capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of product management experience
• Highly comfortable working directly with enterprise customers
• Ability to earn trust with subject matter experts
• Strong at turning ambiguity into structure
• Comfortable spanning the stack
• Deep curiosity for complex systems
• Ability to connect product decisions to customer value and business value
• Operate cross-functionally, leading and influencing engineering, customer-facing teams, operations, and leadership
• High sense of ownership and bias toward action
• Comfortable with AI-related tools and techniques
• Great communicator
