Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager role to transform mortgage fulfillment through AI-first product thinking, operational rigor, and systems design. The role will operate across the fulfillment lifecycle to identify pain points, define product strategy, and deliver solutions that improve how work is structured, surfaced, and executed across teams and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder products or workflows in regulated or operationally intensive environments.
• First-Principles Thinker, Data-Driven Decision Maker, Results-Oriented, Systems Thinker, AI-First Innovator, Collaborative Communicator
• Ability to connect decisions in one part of a workflow to broader customer, operator, compliance, and business outcomes across the fulfillment lifecycle
