Home Work Renovation is a boutique, high-end residential renovation company seeking a Lead Carpenter with 10+ years of experience to work on custom bathroom, kitchen, and full apartment renovations.

What You Will Do

Perform various manual and skilled labor tasks, including flooring, framing, trim, and carpentry, and manage projects to keep them on schedule.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen or work authorization card
• Autonomy to foresee problems and come up with solutions
• Pictures of past work
• References
• 40 hrs OSHA (preferred)
• Manual and skilled labor tasks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
• Highly motivated and punctual
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with high-end millwork installations
• Proficiency in reading plans
• Competence with email, text message, and company communications/software
• Ability to manage projects and keep them on schedule
• Personal tools
• Ability to take the lead when needed
