Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in RESIDENTIAL remodeling/construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills.

What You Will Do

As a lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in RESIDENTIAL remodeling/construction
• Eye for detail & quality control
• Facilitating daily operations, calculate and schedule materials needed
• Coordinate project schedule
• Ability to read project plans/construction documents, drawings, and related
• Computer savvy including MS Office
• Ensure Safety protocols
• Knowledge of best building practices
