Requirements

• Proven experience as a lead carpenter or senior carpenter in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel
