Before and After School Care Supervisor position responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising students, and managing staff. Flexible split-shift schedule with mid-day break for personal or administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One or more years of related experience or relevant coursework (Education Field or Similar)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate using proper English grammar
- Good oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of individuals, including, staff and parents
- Ability to lead a team of 5-10 staff members in a positive manner, ability to train and coach
