Assistant Vice President, Microstructure, Trading Development

We’re home to Asia's most dynamic and vibrant capital markets. This is a position in the Trading Development team in supporting Trading projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of the Hong Kong securities / Stock Connect / derivatives markets.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in spoken Chinese (Cantonese and, or Mandarin) and written Chinese is beneficial.
• Strong presentation and lobbying skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, meticulous, and adept at building effective relationships across various stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Science, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a focus on capital markets.
