Job Description
The Assistant Vice President, Microstructure, Trading Development role is a PM/BA position in the Trading Development team that supports Trading projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of the Hong Kong securities / Stock Connect / derivatives markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 6-8 years of direct, hands-on experience in well-established financial organization focusing on project management, business analyst, or securities business operations
- Strong ability to understand complex trading and clearing system and operational workflows
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Conversant in project management software e.g., MS Project, Confluence, JIRA
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
